Individual Lessons Working 1-on-1 is the best way to develop more efficient technique. I offer 45-90 minute lessons in swimming, cycling, running, and functional strength training.
Pricing for all private coaching lessons is as follows:
45 min = $65 ($60 for coaching clients)
60 min = $75 ($65 for coaching clients)
90 min = $90 ($75 for coaching clients)
