Basic Coaching Program
This program provides high level, but cost effective coaching.
•Monthly training schedules on Trainingpeaks
•Monthly formal consult by phone
•Contact at athlete's initiative
•Email any time
•Peak Performance Lab tests and technique lessons at discount price
•Minimum commitment 3 months.

Cost $150 per month plus a $100 start-up fee

Advanced Coaching Program
This program provides the athlete with the ultimate interaction with their coach.
•Monthly training schedules on Trainingpeaks
•Annual training plan
•Monthly training schedules
•Daily review of daily training log entries on TrainingBible account
•Weekly formal consult by phone or in person
•Constant email communication
•Contact will be at both the athlete's and the coach's initiative.
•Peak Performance lab tests and technique lessons at discount price.
•Minimum commitment 3 months.
•Lactate test at no additional cost with 6-month commitment.

Cost $250 per month plus a $100 start-up fee

Individual Lessons
Working 1-on-1 is the best way to develop more efficient technique. I offer 45-90 minute lessons in swimming, cycling, running, and functional strength training.
Pricing for all private coaching lessons is as follows:
45 min = $65 ($60 for coaching clients)
60 min = $75 ($65 for coaching clients)
90 min = $90 ($75 for coaching clients)
